Sounds of Summer Returns

Live music is back in the park this summer with Sounds of Summer, Sarnia’s popular outdoor concert series. These free shows take place at community parks across the city throughout July and August, creating a relaxed way to enjoy local talent and connect with neighbours.

Whether you're heading out with friends or bringing the family along, each evening offers a distinct vibe, ranging from folk and country to pop, rock, and blues. Performances run from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and rotate between some of Sarnia’s most beloved green spaces, including Canatara Park, Kenwick Park, Germain Park, and Paul Blundy Park.

Here's just a sample of what’s in store this July:

  • July     8 – Jeff Baldock (Folk, Rock) at Canatara Park Bandshell
  • July     9 – Wood Strings Wind (Variety) at Seaway Kiwanis Pavilion
  • July     10 – New Moon Views (Rock, Pop, Folk) at Kenwick Park
  • July     11 – Rob Dickson (Rock, Blues, Folk) at Paul Blundy Park
  • July     11 – Roads Travelled (Country) at Germain Park

Bring a lawn chair or blanket, pack a picnic if you’d like, and enjoy a casual night of live music in your neighbourhood. Local talent, great parks, and warm evenings make this a must-do for music lovers.
